Soxan, Like I said, not much money, but seems like a few folks wanted to take advantage of the current price. Also, I spoke to Bob Gardner at the Naxos offices. He said they filed their reports in time for the normal extension so all is well with that. Deloitte and Touche did the work, so there should be little concern as to credibility. The "E" will likely be there for a while only because the SEC can take a while getting to all the paperwork filed each day. Bottom line, Naxos is fine with the paperwork. Tom F.
