Thanks for that IBM information Don.

IMHO, both ORCL and IBM are actively hunting for companies to add growth strategies to their business in internet infrastructure (both have share authorizations in place -- taking a cue from CSCO. I do believe that NOVL was in play in the $24 range late March-early April, but the fact that NOVL's quarter was going to be bad may have broke the deal.

At this point, the company has to renew its sales and marketing force, and get the price back to $20+ to entertain a deal in the $30-35 range. Just makes good sense to me, the BOD, and to the shareholders.

I see this happening in 6-9 months. Again, JMHO.
