Here are a couple of examples of VSH appearing to take action to promote itself at the expense of SILI.

Today's VSH press release mentions three new products. Two of those products are SILI products but they are listed ONLY as "Vishay Siliconix" products. In this same press release, VSH is listed as a publicly traded company while there is no mention of "Vishay Siliconix" actually being SILI, the publicly traded NASDAQ company.

I have been told that the sign at SILI's plant now reads "Vishay Siliconix" and not "Siliconix" as it used to.

Did you know that SILI executives do not get SILI stock options? Instead, they get VSH stock options. I wonder where that puts their true loyalties? I doubt it is to the minority shareholders.

There are many more examples. Take a look at the SILI yahoo thread. They have been repeatedly posted there.

It makes little sense for VSH not to promote SILI or at least to allow SILI to promote itself unless....... One has to wonder why SILI's public image gets little to no attention and why VSH continually reports SILI events as their own as though SILI was not a public company.

I own both VSH and SILI.
