Exactly... what did he do...? all I know is something with Mail Fraud.
4 months doesn't sound too bad to me considering the charge.
And he doesn't have to go RIGHT NOW!
That sounds strange to me... are we planning a vacation?

Its unlkely he will do any time. Im guessin it will be in a Federal halfway house. Typically, ALL fed cases end with last 6 months halfway time.

By the way, if the judge doesnt order halfway tme, BOP usually opts for it themselves...WHY?

they REQUIRE employment.

...AND THEY TAKE 25-50% OF YOUR **GROSS** INCOME!!!
