new European headquarters in London and the appointment of Mark Rooney as its vice president of European, Middle Eastern
and African (EMEA) operations.

Rooney joins Terayon from Pace Micro Technology where he was vice president of EMEA sales. Prior to joining Pace, he
was a general manager at British Aerospace and head of sales at British Telecom."
