Actually, since I was there, there really wasn't much that they could bring up, they tried, but it really simply boiled down to the 6 year old case and the judge likes to give out a "taste" of prison. The sentencing guidelines were very specific, the judge read them at the beginning of the hearing, and AP got the absolute minimum. It seemed at one point that there would be a downward departure which would have allowed probation but at the very end it did not happen. This was all about stuff that occurred years ago and unfortunately he is paying for it now. I think I can speak for the other 40 witnesses there, we were somewhat shocked at the outcome at the end. But, none of us were at all shocked by anything said by the prosecution. Tony had already outlined this entire case here, in public, in much more detail than was presented in court. I doubt you will be even 1/2 that honest by saying who you are and what your interest is here?
