David Salmon's name appears in 6 SEC filings by Hitsgalore and SCMI.

The most recent was a 10k/a filed July 1999, which identifies him as the son of Edwin Salmon, who was the Chairman of SCMI when it ground into bankruptcy and morphed into Hitsgalore. Here's that filing:
