Ike -- I did not notice -- but I suspect it is because 7-eleven Japan is a separate company from the parent and the parent owns part of -- but not -- the Japan operation. I should know more but my memory is failing me -- lets ask HJ. The history of the company is actually well documented in the press -- I just can't remember the details right now.
