OK, I'll tell you what. There is a good chance I've underrated him. Allow me to recant, having reconsidered: Roy Jones at 190, 200, 225 would likely not KO Golota, and Golota would in fact have the advantage (if from nothing else) from having fought at the weight he has for so long.

And, yes, I guess the quitting against Grant put a definitively bad taste in my mouth - as well as his propensity for low blows earlier in his career. But, I think we earlier discussed that there might have been a language barrier leading to the fights' stoppage.

And, he did pound Riddick Bowe, and had Grant down in the first round. So, let me see two things: first, his age (I'm hoping it's less than 33, or the likelihood of some major change in his attitude and style are greatly reduced) and second, how he does in his next fight or two. For the one coming up, against Orlin Norris, I'm hoping to see a decisive - as you said, in addition, sans controversy - victory.

I feel you make some valid points and will, based upon these two factors (one immediately and one pending) reevaluate Andy G.
