Hmm.. I came across this on AMD site:

Question:
Can I use PC-133 memory in my AMD Athlon processor-based computer?

Answer:
Your best choice is to check with your motherboard manufacturer to see if their board supports PC-133 memory. Please note, at this time there are no performance benefits in using PC-133 memory

I think Via's KX-133 does give some performance benefit with their FSB + 33 memory setting.
