Yep! It looks like the price is about 2X

In one extreme case of Dell, it is true, if you buy the memory bundled with the system. If you go by what Dell would sell you the memory without the system, you will get the price of $683.95 or $980.95 for RDRAM, compared to $185 for SDRAM.

If you go by the pricewatch, you will get a ratio of $500 for RDRAM to < $100 for PC-133 SDRAM.
