I didn't say they took away rape victims' rights to sue--they have no power to do that. All I said is that they struck down a Congressional Act that gave rape victims a right to sue. I understood the difference, and the entire article about the ruling was posted on this thread (along with the distinction you mention), just shortly before I made my post. Your accusations are paranoid. Please read this: icrn.com I think there should be a constitutional amendment providing that everyone can own a gun except you.
