Tony, I want to applaud you for taking this like a man and I wish there was something I could have done there today. It took a lot of courage for you to have invited us all there and I am glad I was able to at least be there and offer some support. I am honored to be your friend and even as the judge said, your work since then has been quite good and you are very talented and successful person. Unfortunately they felt the need to make some token ruling and 4 months will be nothing. We have held shorts longer than that. Those that tried to discredit you today and failed, have life sentences of living with themselves. That will be the enduring justice here. With your group of committed friends and family you will only rise much further from this. You have taught so many here how to beat this market including myself.

Hang in there, we will not miss a beat over this.

A: one way to cope with adversity is simply to view your time that you spend incarcerated as just another life experience..."what doesn't kill you will make you stronger"...you'll have story after story to tell your grandkids and while mail fraud is no laughing matter, its a quantum leap from "white collar" crime to folks doing time for much more serious offences...just take things one day at a time and your sentence will go by very quickly...now stop grovelling and the sooner you start your time, the better...hang tough.
