chalu,
I don't think it is a disgrace to work for the post office, but some of the work I have seen done, or not done, lately is disgraceful. Years ago, when most of the PO workers were veterans of the military, the service was good and their attitudes were usually cordial. That is not the case around here today. There is some sort of attitude around the place that needs an adjustment. I don't know why there is a conception of more violence there than elsewhere. Maybe, that violence just gets more air time.

Taxing all foreigners living abroad is good but, I would add all foreigners that come here to get an education, or medical services, at public expense, refuse to apply for U.S. citzenship, and pay no income taxes. They are all over the place these days. If they would, at least, apply for citizenship, I could understand but, we can not afford to pick up the tab for the whole world. ~H~

Cliff wasn't your favorite Cheers character I take it?

Many people think it is some sort of disgrace to "work in the Post Office." I say: any work, well done, deserves respect.
