I think the decisions were made before you ever waked into the room. I believe the only reason for the prosecutors last minute motion being denied was for the simple fact that the judge felt no need to hear arguments since he already made his decision to deny your motion. I think that was evident when he finally ruled against your motion for donward departure which was supported with numerous case law. I also find it hard to agree with the explanation the judge gave as to why he passed this sentence. First comparing your case to the case of the armed robber who got probation on her first offense and 3 months for her current charges of embezzling which was also a violation of her previous probation. No fines and restitution of less than 30% of what she embezzeled. But I think the most disturbing part was that the government gave all expense paid vacations to 2 witnesses against you and the judge aknowledged them being "willing to come and say bad things about you" but failed to acknowledge the 40 of so supporters of yours who paid their own way and were there because they wanted to be there to support you, not because they got a free trip and and a chance at revenge. I am confident that those 2 will have to answer to a higher authority one day and neither will fare to well. I am not saying that I feel the sentence was overly harsh but certainly the explanation Judge Means gave did NOT support his decision. And his sentencing was not consistent with the lienency he showed toward the armed robber/embezzler. Forgive me if I sound bitter but it is quite distressing to know that my tax dollars pay for certain individuals to enact their personal revenge and basically get paid by the government to do it. And I would also like to add that Beth "badbreath" Kwon showed her true colors with her snickers and under her breadth comments that continually spewed from her mouth during the hearing as she sat in the back row, denying who she was and that she even was a reporter. And in case you didn't see her, you did you eyes a favor. Medusa immediatly comes to mind. Stand Tall Tony, I for one will stand with you
