O, dear! Everyone who has ever tried to do smth new knows, that the new cannot be born as a perfect, complete thing. Step by step - and only that way. The founder was not poorer then the follower, but the nature of knowledge itself dictate the way and steps. And nobody can overstep it. It is not the matter of given person abilities, but the nature of human knowledge itself. Whatever it is, Freud brought into existence, into our minds the concept of unconscious. It was for history to decide, not the matter of opinion. I believe. BTW, have you ever notice, that it was Shakespeare who brought into existence another very important thing - love. Yes, love as we know it since. Love ONE to ONE. Do you know, that even in 15-th century, if men felt so strongly about particular women that could not sleep with others, it would be considered as a devil's obsession, and the women usually were burned on the fire - they did not have the LOVE conception!
