Grrr. I have NOT made a mistake. The decision you posted clearly says that STATES have the authority to permit or deny lawsuits regarding rape victims suing their attackers. Enabling the National Gov't to enlarge that jurisdiction goes beyond the confines of the Constitution. This is getting tiresome. It seems like a discussion with a six year old who keeps changing the subject. I hold you in low regard not because of your knowledge, which is considerable, but because of your honesty, or lack thereof.
