Hello Marshall,

No problem ... I like the discussions ...

It's going to be very interesting. I've been playing with this stuff for years, and have seen this coming. With big bandwidth penetrating deeper towards the edges, it becomes logical that the end points can then support very high-speed wireless. I believe that there are going to be organized efforts (and I am involved in one now) to coordinate the sharing of our personal wireless bandwidth. I believe this continuation of decentralization is going to really shift the power again ... the cellular carriers are going to want to get involved.

I really decided that ISIL is the core provider in this space ... Lucent being the other provider.

I already owned LU ... I've owned them since the original spin-off. I also bought ZOOM, just a low-cost risk stock, but they have quality products (including the 802.11b stuff, and they use ISIL chips) and they have a loyal following.

I am watching Nokia (NOK) and considering it due to their incredible foresight and innovation.

I'm also looking "up the food chain" to see who is going to:

1. Own and install "hot spots" - Nokia is working with a couple of vendors and I am trying to get some names ...

2. What businesses will become the predominant "hot spots" since mobile computing users will congregate at these locations ...

I'm still exploring the details of the expanding landscape, but saw ISIL as a common denominator in the majority of this ... to me, that makes it a stock I wanted to own.
