All, If you read the last paragraph Carl's post in which he doth protest that he is not a paid basher, you'll see that he says he's planning to take a break from the thread for awhile. I suggest, therefore, that we give him the break he deserves and not direct any posts at him. That way he will not feel obligated to respond. Dave

Hi The Prophet; While I found your post about my announcing new Multi-Motherboard Processors humorous, I should note that nowhere have I ever given a timetable for when "chipmakers will soon be flooding the channel with millions of DDR motherboards." I might as well take a whack at it, though. My guess is that they are going to try and hit the 4Q00 selling season, but it is possible that they will miss that sweet spot and show up in 1Q01. Jdassoc will no doubt keep us posted on what shows up in the channels at the correct time, he is the person to listen to on this. -- Carl
