Mike:

Are you buying puts on the rally today ? I am considering XLK puts, dell and possibly gateway. I find it interesting that financials are rallying in light of an imminent rate hike. So XLF is on my short/put list. Hard to borrow however.

Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

Hi Michael,

I was looking at TIE as a value play in late 98 in part
because there was a lot of insider buying that was
attracting me. I did not do anything and am lucky as
it's lower now.. I see that TIE has had 22% lower sales and
has has announced the Deferral of Preferred Stock Dividends
on April 25th.

Is this company cash flow positive and what is the trend
of cash flow over the past year. Are you viewing this
as a liquidation asset play? I see some insider selling this
year at 4 and change,

biz.yahoo.com

It looks like it's selling for a third
of book with 32 % debt.

many thanks,

John
