You <g>, but this is something that gives me real pause in investing in biotechs -- (besides no earnings for some of them and high cash burn rates).

No doubt you'll make the point -- one ought to choose a diversified list of "good" companies. But how do you screen out the flops to get to a good list --

for some of the treatments, drugs, etc -- the contraindictions are everything. <ng>

How do you personally decide -- are you tied into some folks in the medical community? Surely just reading the prospectuses isn't enough?

Do you have rules about them being through a certain stage in the trials, etc.?
