Hi t2 - no one except S&P has control who is or who isn't in S&P500. To me, it will not be a salient factor for investment. Yes, CHIR has good earnings last Q, but it negated out the earning disappointment the Q before. So, it is awash. Going forward, if CHIR can pull another [preferably 2] Q of earning surprises, it will be a good trend. However, biotech is not just present earnings, but future pipeline. CHIR has a good position in meningitis, but the 2 previous disappointments really knocked the wind out of her ascent. Therefore, I see she is repairing the base best, Bosco
