Ericy gets a piece of the royalty in the cross-licensing agreement, but according to Qcom it is a very small percentage and the net royalty paid to Qcom is the same or virtually the same as those for which no cross license. This was discussed maybe two CC's ago; try the quarterly report CC on the qualcomm website the quarter before the annual meeting or the one before that. It has been discussed on the thread in greater detail than my memory serves me. Perhaps someone can locate one or more of the posts months ago.
