My main point is that almost all the stocks you call as SHORTS are unshortable by 99% of investors. Only you and your special followers can short them, so what good does it do people here if they cant do anything anyway? I tried to short ECNC way back in the day too, but my brokers dont allow it in America.

Can you deny that? I don't think so. It doesn't matter if it is a bad stock or a good stock..what matters is the attempt and desire to manipulate. <That line about officials being fed info is Pure BUnk.. > No it is not. I have been accused of being all kinds of people from TLC to Kimberly Lee. I am not sure why one must feel the need to heap someone else's persona on me. I suspect even Feminvestor can tell you that info on you is being fed elsewhere. If you chose not to believe it that is up to you. How would you know for sure that no one was feeding info to anyone anyway? For example, if the officials were with the SEC the SEC wouldn't tell you that they were being fed information -or do you have a mole within the SEC? You know, when you went after TERN and accused them of fraud you made some enemies. You might start there for why and who might be doing alot of digging. Will anything happen with all the digging they are doing? Who knows? Maybe, it already did. You have to admit, something weighed on that judge's mind when you compare your sentence to the twice convicted armed robbing embezzler. Also, I need to stand corrected on something I said. I was told this was not Anthony's first involvement in a white collar crime issue. It was brought out in court yesterday that he allegedly accepted bribes for pumping stocks and when caught he turned states evidence in return for immunity. All kinds of things could have been weighing on this judge's mind. I think really no one is trying to change the minds of all your loyal followers. I am really surprised at how naive you are if you truly think no one is feeding information to officials about you.
