Now, what was accommodative about QCOM and DDI? I was not aware that details of the arrangement were released.

Please take this question at face value. I am not trying to push an agenda with the phraseology of my questions. I am a non-combatant in the QCOM wars. I was merely curious about the terms of the deal.
