Money managers and individual investors are the buyers and sellers here Heartland Value is now a big shareholder Watsach Funds are also a good sized shareholder Several money managers I personally know have accumulated sizable positions The street is in the stock, just not to the degree afforded by a larger float. Funny thing . . . the folks I mention and others have dried up the float a bit more. In other words moves in the stock can easily be magnified one direction or another.
