Yup. Up 25% or so.

People are arguing over it's validity. I say the PO wouldn't issue the conditional patent unless they had already done the investigation. It was applied for 2 years ago it turns out. Other naysayers claim that it's too broad and that the conditional part only means CLQ applied for the patent. I think I'm right. I may call PO later to find out.
