The problem is not the ISP. The problem is one user is using the classic option and one is not. The hot subjects with the classic option gives you the mix, and without the classic option on gives you only the coffee house threads. It has been that way for at least a week. SI likes to keep making changes that don't work with the classic option. Take moderated threads for an example. Therefore you end up with a lot of confusion! BTW, I wish they had left the Hot Subjects link at the top of the page alone!
