Haim: , about 2 weeks ago I asked LG if he know who those stocks are but ...... he remained writeless

First of all Hiam, I am NOT the answer man!

Please post a link to that post, I am curious as to when you posted it and if I gave a reply at all. Also, please post a link to your informative post telling all what stocks you opined have taken the lead.

Personally, I have not changed the primary stocks I use as bell weathers. A few I follow that have done well (on the long side) since early March when the COMPX was putting in a top are...TXU, ED, CHV & TX.

Frankly, I am not looking for "new" leaders "up" so much as I am looking for the best reward for the risk. Lately that has been on the short side for me. (No positions today.)

Regards,
LG

PS: Doing well since early March has been the XOI...one might note the components!

re: leadership:

of the techs, the semis and semi-equips seem to be holding up the best.

Outside of the techs, energy seems to be doing well.

We seem to have run through all the story stock concept sectors, run them up and now run them down, not much more to do there, except run them down further.

I don't see the market deciding soon who, if anyone, is going to lead the market. I see brief rallies in rotating sectors, backing and filling, as various sectors try to lead.
