What would be better I think would be for SI to provide us all a 'customization' feature that would let us design the look/feel of how we want to view threads. Then with these pieces in hand, we could at will decide to put the rtq at the top and bottom of every thread by just setting up our 'template'... Do something like this and couple it with say a piece of the screen to surf the net via www.metacrawler.com and u'll have people 'stickying' to this site even more. Basically create a template feature. Default the template to the look & feel it now has. Allow us to add a bunch of features such as rtq, search, layout of things, etc, maybe even custom stuff.
