CyberCorp - PUT IN THE RESOURCES TO MAKE YOUR TRADING SOLUTION A REAL ONE! It is not acceptable that traders hang on the phone for 10-20 minutes without a broker being available! Every second counts. None of my other brokers today had a problem today (and I was trading using a phone broker today also).

I had the same problem Tuesday. Had no problem buying in the 1st 1/2 hour and shorting right after the announcement, but got hung up both times trying to close the trade. Was on hold 10+ min waiting for someone to help me, only to be told that they would cancel the trade but it would be a few minutes. Does this mean their advanced software doesn't know the order is being sent down a black hole? Do I have to call for them to know my trade is hung up? Judging from the phone wait, all their customers had the same problem. Then selectnet acted like it was stuck. Lost 5 points waiting for a fill. If this software is akin to military weapons seeking software, they must have hit a lot of shacks with little old ladies in them instead of the correct target. If this is what can be expected, I can't afford their advanced software. And now, after starting this thread, where is Mr. Berber to explain to us what is going on, and more importantly what is being done so it doesn't happen again.
