Well yes in the sideways pattern and fall back we saw while waiting for financing to be finalized maybe this is the start of the move.I expect there will be consolidation here and maybe even a move to the 1.50 level prior to any further announcements.Remember the letter of intent deal.I suspect that was what they raised the money for.We shall see.That, if finalized will of course change things I am sure.
