I'll let Edwarda weigh in on the "special reserve" and then chime in <g> Sounds silly, but I find the whole market just plain boring. I have little urge (for the first time ever) to seek out its mysteries or unravel its puzzles, including CA. If these feelings of market ennui are symptomatic of some larger sentiment, the market and CA may well die a certain death simply due to lack of interest. Maybe in the Fall I'll become inspired again, or maybe not. Some damn enticing interest rates out there however....awfully tempting. J
