Thanks Lee, a great review as always.

IMO

The rate increases are going to hit the housing market pretty hard. Mortgage costs are going up. The building industry is going to be hurting.

It could hit capital equipment spending that is done with borrowed money as well.

I'm not sure what it is going to do to the techs. But exporters were against this rate increase and said it was overkill. Their exports are already slowing from the earlier increases.

It probably will increase the divergence between the DOW and the Techs.

The Euro will probably weaken further making European vacations (except England) and imports more affordable.

I think I'll check into vacation..
