There's been much documentation regarding horrible tech and service support (especially on the MAC side it's abissmal). Mac updates usually 6 months behind Windows updates, and ALWAYS with many less features. Also, LOTS of lost emails, email delivery delays up to 4 days late. My wife and I would just do tests emailing each other to see what would happen. It was amazing. During peak hours, it's not a hell of a lot better than a 56k modem. Service has improved since ATT got involved, but, if DSL was available in my area for the same price, I'd switch. I can't say how it is in other areas of the country tho.
