Linda, I too was surprised to see Softbank was not on the list. (Especially since CMGI was there!)

Some one should check to see Red Herrings' shareholder list. The explanation for our missing 9984 must be within that list.

On Nokia, a good handset maker, but just that. Most of the margin (by %) in wireless is in infrastructure, and Nokia is a weak player, vs Ericsson, etc etc. As the world standardizes on CDMA and G3, and as more makers of handsets make their appearance (Korean Japanese, Taiwan and gad, China) Nokia will be shown up to be a weak but early player.

On NTT, PCCLF, a big company without substance and whose owners will sell out on first opportunity.
