Tim - Both parties missed the deadline and WSP tried to cut ABZ out based on the same error that they had made. The wording of Shaw's judgement shows no small amount of contempt at the gall of Turner's attempt. The whole battle would have never ensued had Turner not acted in such an amateurish way and this is why I place the blame with him and not ABZ. As far as the Tromp thing goes if you check out his record on the various diamond plays in Canada you'll find that it is quite good.
