If you are sentenced in one incident it does not mean that the law should now wait until the statute of limitations almost runs out before they pursue other possible misdoings.

You do not and should not get time to feel better about being a felon and breaking the law **IF** you broke other laws as well...ESPECIALLY if it involves a charity scam. I am like shootie and waiting to see what Wolff has to say about his post.

Believe it or not, not everyone in the judicial system is computer savvy and they have relied on some posters to get the information for them concerning Tony's posts on the net.
There have been things that came to light by postings on Ragingbull and SI that some officials did not know about and it pricked their interest.

Tony may be as clean as a whistle on everything that has happened since this particular mail fraud incident. He is very naive if he thinks there are not people out there investigating him to find out.

We will just have to disagree on this matter.
