Ike: William wanted people to think it was a "fair" and "rational" process -- not just thin skin. Whether or not any sane person bought into the existence of the "junta", he fully expected people to believe it. In the past, William has posted and then heavily edited his posts -- and then flatly denied doing so. When it suits him, he does not appear to believe it important to be truthful.
