re merger, regular filings out in the next few weeks, proxy materials to shareholders in july, and vote in august. ken said that the reaction from the institutional funds holding q and ancr were positive , leaving the impression that no problem was expected with approval. There is no collar as you know and the breakup fee was confirmed to be $55million , all the details were not given , but it was said that ancor would get if q shareholders did not approve. Also said that ancor customers had informed them that they thought it was a good deal.
