PPE is being sued for $12 BILLION dollars in Tribal court.....which, by all accounts, favors the dissenting Mohawks and ALHY. Then PPE all of a sudden has a shareholder meeting, and announces a substantial repurchase of shares.......IMO to avoid excessive dilution when they make an acquisition?????
