Pedurgowitz, Thanks for the post. I am no attorney, but it seems to me that Rendall and Campbell basically got off with a slap on the hand. A ruling that forbids them from violating the law in the future doesn't seem to be too harsh. I think Troy was right, that no matter the verdict in this case, it was going to be controversial. This ruling won't affect Solv-Ex in the future in my opinion, and if they are what they say they are, they will succeed. If they are what the shorts say they are, they will fail. Time will tell.
