Perhaps writing a letter to the court and having it entered into public record would suffice. I think maybe one or two people did that. Tops.

OT (isn't everything these days!) Mary, I used to use my real name in everything I did on the net. Then started the flood of junk e-mails AND phone calls (i.e. "this is a wonderful investment opportunity Mr. XXXXXX"). Now I use a throw-away AOL address for e-mail and change it when junk starts piling up. And I use the name of a Roman Emperor who even pre-dates the characters in "Gladiator" so if someone wants to sell me something, they have to go back in time by almost 2K years and see if the Praetorian Guards will let them through. (If I don't like the investment idea, they get a sword and a shield and get tossed into the arena. :-) ).
