The law won't tell you that until there is a trial and it has culminated in a verdict.

To get to that point one most utilize what is available to find out the truth and gather evidence.

The more information that is exposed the more certain people find avenues to pursue.

Look at this revelation about the charity. If Wolf had not said anything Mary may never have found out. Mary may know information that could help the investigation...etc...etc...etc...

The mail fraud issue is done and over with and he is going to serve his time. It is no longer an issue except to those that will use it when Tony tries to discredit someone else.

The other issues that are being exposed a long the way are not over and done with. I know for a fact that information came to light from people posting that was of interest to authorities and they may never have come across it if it weren't for a poster who had posted it.

I have no independent knowledge of anything to do with this charity. One has to question why it was said in Wolf's posts that the receipts were false, that the actions described in the receipts may not have taken place, etc and why the F.B.I. investigated it so throughly just for a sentencing hearing unrelated to the charity debacle.

Maybe everything is on the up and up and maybe it isn't. Mary, for one, has the right to know.
