Exactly Mary.

Tony is a flawed person just like we all are. I accept his flaws. I don't like them, but I accept them. But, I balance this with all the really good things he has done. Despite how you may think he went about it, he really did good things for the Kosavars. And he really has helped a lot of people improve their trading. And he really has uncovered a lot of stock scams.

I think his really good points more than compensate for his bad points, and I view him as a very good friend. But I don't see him as perfect. And while it may surprise you, most of the prominant members of his site clearly see his flaws as well. But most tend to focus on the positives and get past his negatives. Pluvia saw the negatives, but couldn't keep from confronting them in an unproductive manner. But I guess that is one of Pluvia's big flaws.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of Tony's followers who are caught up in his good qualities and are blind to his faults. Although he may enjoy it, this group doesn't provide productive feedback for Tony. And in the end, it isn't these people Tony is trying to impress. Often it is the group who sees him as a flawed person that Tony is most concerned with. And perhaps that will help him to continue on the current good path he is trying to follow.

Your situation is a good example of the good and bad in Tony and even Pluvia. They gave good advice on EDIG, but in a very poor manner. The end result was not productive, as you left the site on bad terms and I assume still gave back a lot of your gains. Yet if they had communicated differently, or you had taken it differently, everyone would have been better off.

But such is life,

Regards,

Archer
