I am really very sweet- not a bit bitter.

Well maybe a bit bitter, because sometimes that is better.

And you said it very well. That was what I was trying to say.

Does Uncle Tom's Cabin come to mind?

Some people in totalitarian regimes don't mind living in them

But they won't live for long

When Hitler was elected the population was happy
Pol Pot took Cambodia over cambodians were happy
Lenin in Russia

Castro in cuba- they were glad to get rid of Batista but what followed was worse

Also, Uncle Tom is going to determine my rights??

What ever happened to "the violation of the rights of one, is a violation of the rights of all?"

Miss Rand: (Alian Fernadez says the same)

Look, it is very hard to explain. It is almost impossible to convey to a free people what it is like to live in a totalitarian dictatorship. I can tell you a lot of details. I can never completely convince you, because you are free. It is in a way good that you can't even conceive of what it is like. Certainly they have friends and mothers-in-law. They try to live a human life, but you understand it is totally inhuman.
