Now that the new rule is in effect on the BBs, the ol' "reverse into a shell pump and dump" operations won't be quite so easy to pull off.

If he wants to protect his ass-ets from irate shareholders, he would go somewhere offshore. Incredibly, it appears that the shareholders are not irate.
