I did a short check, and all I could find were references to allegations that were being investigated, and that no charges had been filed. That is all I remember, in the first place, and therefore accounts for my response. If the story has advanced beyond that point, I have been preoccupied and missed it........

Looking around some more, I saw a reference to an account that the son- in- law held in a subsidiary of the Bank of New York, in the amount of about 2 million dollars. I seem to vaguely recollect reading something about that at the time, last September, but I have not found a follow up......
