2 t-shirts! you look at that emini chart and beginning in the morning there is initially an 'a' up, then 'b' down then
a 'c' up....followed by another 1,2,3(abc) down and then up again, looking like a 5 waver that overlaps too far down into the previous waves. Now, so what? point is this: I see this formation frequently....USUALLY what happens is that after the 3rd up you get a sharp slide DOWN, leading me to believe that you can label as follows.....abc up(2 ups with a 'b' down in the middle) then "X" down, followed by the last abc up...a cheap double abc with an 'x' in between
.....abc-x-abc that LOOKS like a 5er with overlaps, watch and you will see them all the time on the 1 and 5 minute charts
what gets me is when they explode out as that one did
