Didn't expect you to be up at this time. Thank you for your reply.

Call me hard headed, but how can there be 384Mil shares out now? It all seems like trading between the companies. How did they issue more shares?

Don't know if this was posted previously, but it came to my attention recently:

AT&T's C. Michael Armstrong Leads At Home Corp's Insider Purchasing

May 16, 2000

Two ATHM Directors purchased a combined 11,500 shares from April 25-27 at prices between $17.35 and $17.56. Director C. Michael Armstrong, also the CEO of AT&T Corp. (T ), acquired 10,000 shares. Director John Petrillo, also Executive Vice President of AT&T, increased his position by 1,500 shares.

The purchases occurred while ATHM shares were near a 52-week low. The additions were the first at the company in over a year. They represented a reversal of insider sentiment as ATHM executives actively sold throughout 1999. Since July 1997, only one other insider addition has been completed at the company. Mr. Petrillo also acquired 5,000 T shares on the same day of his ATHM purchase.
